Data Sales provides public access to property and assessment data from the Maricopa County Assessor’s Office. Available data includes property details, assessed values, and related information.

You can download a variety of property-related datasets, including:

  • Property sales records
  • Personal Property data
  • Land and subdivision information
  • Rental Registration data
  • Notices of Value and Notices of Change

No. If the data you need is already available on the Data Sales page, you may download it directly without submitting a request form.

A request form is required only if you are submitting a formal public records request.
