Service Fees

All data and associated costs were approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors on January 16, 2008.

Mail, Fax & Media
  • Minimum Handling, Media and Mail (Ground Mail) for small data packages $5.00
  • Minimum Handling, Media and Mail (Ground Mail) for large data packages $10.00
  • Mail Charges in excess of $5.00 will be charged the additional First Class Postage
  • Local FAX – $.25 per 8 ½ X 11 sheet, Five (5) sheet maximum $1.00
  • Long Distance FAX – $.25 per 8 ½ X 11 sheet, Five (5) sheet maximum $3.00

Custom Data & Map Requests
All data or map requests not included above will be considered a custom request and shall be considered with regard to the availability and cost of County resources to provide the products or services. A special request can and may be declined.
  • Minimum Charge $200.00
  • Per Hour Charge (or partial hour) $100.00
    • Plus $0.10 per parcel for Secured Master Data
    • Plus $0.10 per parcel for GIS Data
    • Plus $10.00 per digital or paper map
    • Plus $10.00 minimum Mail and Media charges

Any 8.5” X 11” copy (per sheet) $0.25
