Warranty Deed
A deed that conveys to the grantee title to the property free and clear of all encumbrances, except those specifically set forth in the document.
Web Site [Website]
A site (location) on the World Wide Web. Each site is owned and managed by an individual, company or organization.
Weighted Age
The weighted age can best be viewed as the average age of one or multiple improvements that have added to the property after the initial construction. It takes into consideration the size of the addition in relation to the original size of the improvement.
